After years of experience, research and practice... I compiled all the principles that I knew worked and were based in science or evidence based research. I mixed these proven training and nutritional keys to success with the most powerful, yet simple mindset strategies and insights I could creatively include into an online fitness program.
I learnt people needed to overcome a lot of overwhelm. I learnt people were confused and not sure about their training or how they were meant to eat. Sometimes... they were so stressed, about eating one little treat, that they gave up.
This wasn't the kind of living anyone should be aiming for, let alone "healthy and fit" people. What's the point of looking good naked, being able to sprint faster than most, and defend yourself if needed... when you're stressing over food every single day!?
I created Fitness Plan to shift this sort of thinking around. I want people to achieve their fitness goals, while still having a life outside of the gym and kitchen, because I know it is possible... I have done it and countless others have as well.
